Initially, we thought our roof was the source of a leak that caused damage to our drywall. We had two other companies come out, and both recommended roof repairs—without really investigating the issue. Zach was different. He got up on the roof, thoroughly inspected it, and confidently told us the roof was **not** the problem. Instead, he traced the leak back to our **A/C unit**, and even provided a **temporary fix** while we arranged for HVAC service. He was honest, prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. I called Organ Mountain Roofing to give me a quote on my roof and repairs to the inside of my house, where the water had leaked in. I am beyond impressed with the quality of customer service from Organ Mountain Roofing. From the first phone call, the representative Gabby answered and was extremely knowledgeable. How rare and wonderful it is these days to speak with a live person! Kaleb came out to our home promptly to evaluate the problem and explain in terms that were easy to understand. It turns out that my semi new-build home (2021) never had the range exhaust vent cover put on by the builder. As a result, water was leaking into the house onto the stove range. Left uncorrected, our roof would have very well sustained extensive water damage with the frequent Las Cruces storms. This being an out-of-state rental, it is difficult to know who to trust to run day-to-day operations. Organ Mountain Roofing is an extremely trustworthy company, and we highly recommend them to inspect, diagnose and repair any roof issues you may have. I will add my 5 star review of this truly exemplary company and team. Honestly, this company has 5 star ratings in all of their reviews---when does one ever see that?! Because it is well earned and deserved. I worked with Kaleb. One quickly realizes the knowledge and expertise he has when talking through the process. This then added confidence and trust as the job was progressing. I contracted to have a silicone covering on my flat roof which previously had elastomeric coating. There were maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with due to hail damage. They took care of everything. His company take a lot of extra steps in order to guarantee the warranty of the products they use (such as patch testing for adherence/documenting the results, using silicone product that is made and tested in the southwest region which understands the climate issues here; inspection within the first year, etc) as well as workmanship. I can't say enough positive things about this company. The communication throughout the process was perfect. Kaleb was always available for questions and kept me up to date with the schedule and progress of the project. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this business a couple times, and they are quick, responsive, friendly, honest, and their work is amazing. I was trying to sell a home and had some last minute repairs (the entire roof needed replaced) I called them, and within a couple days the entire roof was replaced. They worked to help me even while they were busy with other projects and spending time with family. They definitely put the customer first. I tried to get them to wait until working hours but they were adamant about getting me taken care of so the house could be sold in a timely manner.
