It turns out that my semi new-build home (2021) never had the range exhaust vent cover put on by the builder. As a result, water was leaking into the house onto the stove range. I will add my 5 star review of this truly exemplary company and team. Honestly, this company has 5 star ratings in all of their reviews---when does one ever see that?! Because it is well earned and deserved. I worked with Kaleb. One quickly realizes the knowledge and expertise he has when talking through the process. This then added confidence and trust as the job was progressing. I contracted to have a silicone covering on my flat roof which previously had elastomeric coating. There were maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with due to hail damage. They took care of everything. His company take a lot of extra steps in order to guarantee the warranty of the products they use (such as patch testing for adherence/documenting the results, using silicone product that is made and tested in the southwest region which understands the climate issues here; inspection within the first year, etc) as well as workmanship. I can't say enough positive things about this company. The communication throughout the process was perfect. Kaleb was always available for questions and kept me up to date with the schedule and progress of the project. I highly recommend this company.

I was trying to sell a home and had some last minute repairs (the entire roof needed replaced) I called them, and within a couple days the entire roof was replaced. They worked to help me even while they were busy with other projects and spending time with family. They definitely put the customer first. I tried to get them to wait until working hours but they were adamant about getting me taken care of so the house could be sold in a timely manner. Organ Mountain Roofing took over speaking and advocating my needs to my insurance company. This company is professional, transparent and honest. I was in a crunch as my home in Las Cruces just had the roof redone a few years before I purchased it developed a leak. I had heard so many great things about Kaleb and Zach and they were my first contact. They went that same day and we scheduled a day for repair. Kaleb and Zach are prompt and men of their word. You will never find anyone more trust worthy then these 2 men. I am thankful that there are still wonderful people during these hard times.

Zach and gang did a great job on one of our farm sheds. The wind had literally ripped the felt and roofing paper off from one end to the other. The insurance initially gave me peanuts and OMRC put in their two cents and we got what was needed to fix it properly. I highly recommend this company, these guys are professional in their service and work ethics.

When my wife and I were in the process of purchasing our home, we wanted them to inspect the roof and find any additional concerns that may be present. They did a fantastic job of providing feedback and what it would take to fix the roof. We will be working with them in the future to continue the repairs.

Zach is amazing. He is one of the few who dive into his work and continue to offer superior quality to all of his customers. He's much more knowledgeable than many roofers I've known in the area and he has a patience (something you don't see much with contractors). Highly recommended if you're looking for a roofer.
